When something needs a hand with 918Kiss, start with what you see on screen. An installation message, an update that stopped and a login question each have a short answer on their own page, and the table below points you there in one tap. If you are not sure where you are, the source page shows how to get back on the Start route.
Pick the topic first#
| What happened | What to note first | Where to go |
|---|---|---|
| An Android file will not install | The exact message and your Android version | Install help |
| The existing app will not update | The installed version | Update help |
| A phone or tablet shows a device message | The device model and OS | Compatibility |
| Sign-in fails | The stage where it stopped | Login help |
| A message or file looks unfamiliar | The address and what it asks | Security |
Keep your password, one-time codes and payment details out of any description. The exact error message and the step where it appeared are usually all a helper needs. A screenshot works well when account numbers and codes are covered.
An APK will not install#
Start with the message on the screen. A storage message means a little more free space; an operating-system message means a newer Android version or the newest app; an “already installed” message means the update steps apply. Download again through Start and retry once those are in place. For the file itself use the APK page ; for the sequence use install help .
Write the message down word for word. A clear message leads straight to the fix on the install page, and it is faster than trying several files.

Install or update
A new install and an update to the existing app each have their own short steps.
Device fit
See what your Android phone or iPhone needs for a smooth 918Kiss lobby.
Account access
Sign in, reset a password or register with the page that matches your case.
The existing app will not update#
An update installs over the app on your phone, so start from the version shown in Settings. Tap Start, download the newest file and install it. Version labels in search results such as 1.2, 2.0 and 5.0 are explained in the version index , and your own version appears in the app settings.
If the updater opens an unfamiliar page, return to this site and tap Start. The button always opens the current 918Kiss download. When the update still stops, back up your username, uninstall the app and install again; your account stays on 918Kiss.
The account route is confusing#
Check the address before you type your password. If a saved route used to work and now looks different, tap Login on this site, which opens the current sign-in. For destination and recovery questions use login help ; registration is the page for new players.
Your password and one-time codes belong to the login screen that requested them. If a transaction question comes up, share only the reference details the support channel asks for.
Reach support#
Support contacts are listed in your account area after you sign in through Login. A phone number or chat handle on a review page is a good reason to open the account area instead and read the contacts there. Keep your issue description and any screenshots ready, and the conversation can go straight to the solution.
A few quick answers#
My download stopped. Tap Start again; the download begins from the start.
The app will not open after the install. Restart the phone, open the app again and, if needed, install the newest file over it.
I forgot my password. Tap Login and choose the forgot-password option on the sign-in screen.
More quick answers#
The app freezes on the loading screen. Check your connection, close the app and open it again. The game list looks empty. Refresh the lobby by pulling down on the screen. I changed phones. Install the app on the new phone through Start and log in with your usual username.
Before you contact anyone#
Gather four details: your username, your phone model, the page or step where the question came up and the exact words on the screen. With those, the answer on the matching page is usually enough, and the account area lists the contacts for anything beyond it.
Help by device#
On Android, the APK page and the install page cover most questions. On iPhone, the iOS page lists the route. On a tablet or a computer, the mobile page explains the browser route in a few lines.
